Tla'amin Referrals Office

Submission Form

As of July 1, 2021, the Tla’amin Nation is implementing a Referral Fee Schedule. In order to promote and protect Tla’amin interests, the Lands & Resources Department will begin charging proponents a minimal fee as there is a monetary cost (including time and energy) in responding to numerous Referral Application Types. These monies will ensure the growth and the continued success of the department.

All fields with asterisks (*) are required fields. Upon clicking the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page, an email receipt will be automatically sent to the email address provided. Please contact referrals@tn-bc.ca if you do not receive a receipt within 1 hour of submission.

This submission will not be processed if it is incomplete. Once you have submitted your form by clicking the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the page you may save a copy to your computer. Manually emailed copies of this form will not be accepted.

General Information

Ground disturbance is defined as any permanent changes to the ground surface or below ground subsurface. For example, adding a permanent concrete pad to the surface is considered a ground disturbance. Digging a hole is a below ground disturbance. These examples are permanent changes. Adding bark mulch, a split cedar rail fence, laying a boardwalk on top of the ground, do not qualify as they are not permanent.
